Aluminum alloy wheels are based on aluminum alloy of grade A356.2 in U.S. for the material. There are two kinds of production technology, i.e. sub-casting and forging.

To the car at a high speed, it is common that the cars have flat tires because the friction between the tire and the ground makes heat. But the bulk temperature coefficient of the alloy wheels is twice to 3 times as much as the ordinary steel wheels. And because of the structural characteristics of aluminum alloy wheels, it is very easy to cool the heat generated by braking systems. Even in the case of continuous brake during the long journey, the wheel system can be also maintained the proper temperature. Both reduce the braking system and wheels aging can reduce the risk of a puncture, so as to enhance traffic safety.
4. The vehicle’s appearance. Modified the alloy wheels make the vehicle artistic and fuel-efficient, but also reduces the risk of puncture. It is very appropriate to use alloy wheels in the high temperature in summer.
